Soft and Tangible Organic Responsive Materials progressing roBOTic functionS

STORM-BOTS is a Marie Sklodowska Curie Innovative Training Network (MSCA-ITN-2020 Grant ID 956150) offering a cutting-edge training programme to 13 junior researchers in the field of soft robotics of liquid crystal elastomers.

The consortium is formed by 9 partners from Spain, the UK, Italy, the Netherlands, Finland and Germany. The project is coordinated by Dr. Carlos Sánchez Somolinos (CSIC).

advanced and versatile PRInting platform for the next generation of active Microfluidic dEvices

PRIME (H2020-FETOPEN-2018-2020 Grant ID 829010) aims to go beyond the state-of-the-art generating a robust platform to create a new generation of active, tubeless and contactless microfluidic chips for fast and accurate analytical assays.

Six organisations from Spain, the Netherlands, Germany and Austria form the consortium. Dr. Carlos Sánchez Somolinos is the coordinator of the project.
